TieMaster Refund and Shipping Policy:
We understand that sometimes things just don’t quite meet your expectations. We’re here to
help make your return as smooth and stress-free as possible. While we do allow for refunds,
please keep in mind that we are unable to cover the cost of returning the product to us.
To start the return process, simply provide us with a photo of the product in its standing
condition, including the box and all contents included. We want to ensure that we receive the
product in the same condition it was sent out in.

Once we’ve received your photos and the product is confirmed to be in good standing order at our
fulfillment centre, we will begin processing your refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our stated
requirements and policies. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If you have any
questions or concerns about our return policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Step-by-step instructions are as follows:

1. Please take photos of your un-used TieMaster, including:
   a. Box
   b. TieMaster
   c. Belt-Hooks
   d. Instruction Sheet
   e. Assembling screws and bolts
2. Email [email protected] with the following information:
   a. The first and last name of the individual who ordered the product and the order
   confirmation.
   b. The return mailing address
   c. All photos as noted above.
   d. Reason for your return.
3. Once you provide the required photos and reasons for your return, we will provide you
   a link to access your shipping label which will also outline the instructions and associated
   costs to return your TieMaster.
